Working Meeting of Project ‘Stars’

Education conceptThe preparatory working meeting of the project ‘Stars, financed by the EU, will be held tomorrow in Sarajevo. The project is implemented by dvv International in cooperation with partners, the Department of Adult Education and JU Mixed High School in Tešanj.

This 18-month project, financed by the EU from IPA 2012/14 funds in the amount of 99,992.70 Euros, deals with adult education, especially training for teachers employed in secondary technical and vocational schools.

The aim of project ‘Stars’ is to support the structure of adult education in B&H, as well as to contribute to the modernization of local structures that deal with adult education.

It is planned to organize a training for teachers from 21 schools, and for 11 teachers from the Employment Bureau with the aim to strengthen the capacity for adult education in secondary technical and vocational schools in B&H, and to strengthen the capacity of teachers who are looking for a job, announced the EU Delegation to B&H.
