The World Health Organization, over its Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina, donated 60,000 PCR tests for COVID-19 to the health authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Office of the World Health Organization for BiH announced that the total value of the donation is 1,200,000 U.S. Dollars and represents a continuation of the activities of the World Health Organization to assist Bosnia and Herzegovina in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The statement reads that since the beginning of the pandemic, the World Health Organization has been providing assistance to health authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, both through the donation of medical equipment, laboratory equipment and tests, and through technical assistance through guidelines and training for decision-makers and health workers.
