Federal Meteorological Institute issued a yellow alert for the whole territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and as noted, the yellow alert refers to Friday, August 23rd, and it is highlighted that local thunderstorms are expected.
Thunderstorms are expected in Foca, Bijeljina, Bihac, Banja Luka, Livno and Sarajevo, while extremely high temperatures are expected in other areas.
The weather forecasted in the yellow meteoalarm is not uncommon, but citizens are advised to be alert if they intend to practice activities that are exposed to meteorological risks.
