Yellow Meteo Alarm issued for Major Parts of Bosnia

A warning due to stronger wind gusts was issued for Bihac and Livno, and heavier precipitation for Trebinje and Visegrad.

The warning due to precipitation and wind is in force for Banja Luka, Foca and Prijedor Mostly cloudy weather will prevail in BiH today.

In the morning, light rain is possible in some parts of Herzegovina and the western parts of Bosnia. In the afternoon and in the evening, heavier clouds from the northwest followed by rain. Towards the end of the day, the Krajina is expected to gradually turn into sleet or snow, and in the rest of Bosnia, except in the far north, during the night or on Monday in the early morning hours.

Wind weak to moderate south and southwest. In the afternoon and in the evening, the wind in Bosnia changes direction to the north and northwest. Daily temperature from 12 to 18 degrees.

The temperature drops towards the end of the day and in the evening, according to the forecast of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH (FHMZBiH).

Mostly cloudy weather in Sarajevo. Rain is expected during the night. In the higher parts of the city sleet or snow. In the late evening or on Monday in the early morning snow is also expected in the lower parts of the city.

Daily temperature around 12 degrees Celsius. Forecast for four days Mostly cloudy weather is expected on Monday. Afternoon partial clearing in Krajina and Herzegovina. In the morning and part of the morning in the far north of Bosnia and Herzegovina, rain, and in the rest of Bosnia snow.

During the rest of the day, precipitation falls in the central, eastern and northeastern areas of Bosnia. Light snow will fall, which will turn into rain in the lowlands. Wind weak to moderate north and northwest. Strong winds are expected in the west and southwest of Bosnia.

Mostly cloudy weather is expected in Bosnia on Tuesday, and moderate to mostly cloudy in Herzegovina. Light rain is expected in most parts of Bosnia, and snow or sleet in the mountains and higher areas. Morning temperature from – 4 to 2, in the south to 5, and daily from 2 to 8, in Herzegovina and northern areas of Bosnia to 12 degrees, according to FHMZ BiH.

Moderate to mostly cloudy weather is expected on Wednesday. Sunny in the south of Herzegovina. Light and occasional rain or sleet is expected in most parts of Bosnia. Morning temperature from – 5 to 1, in the south from 0 to 4, and daily from 2 to 8, in the south to 12 degrees. Mostly cloudy weather is expected on Thursday. Rain is expected in the evening, and sleet and snow in the higher areas and in the mountains. Morning temperature from – 7 to – 1, in the south from 0 to 4, and daily from 2 to 8, in the south to 12 degrees Celsius.
