Zelensky accused the Western Countries of not fulfilling their Promises to Kyiv

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Western countries of not delivering all the weapons and aid they promised, and of not wanting to openly confront Russia militarily.

In an interview with Western media outlets, parts of which were broadcast by Front TV, Zelensky claimed that Ukraine had received only ten percent of the aid package voted for by the US Congress.

Zelensky did not hide his resentment that his “victory plan” had been rejected in the West.

“First they tell us: ‘We are giving,’ and then they tell us about the secret annexes to the plan, which concern, for example, the missiles we requested. When I requested long-range missiles, with the condition that we would use them only if the Russian Federation continued the war, I was told that this was an escalation,” Zelensky said.

He revealed that before the summit in Washington, his partners told him that they were not ready to accept Ukraine into NATO, but that they would provide six to seven air defense systems, but Ukraine has not yet received them.

Zelensky reminds that Kiev is facing a “decisive winter”, the third in a row with blackouts and difficulties.

“Russia won in Georgia. They took part of the country and now there is a pro-Russian government there. Moldova is going in the same direction. The Russian Federation wants to do the same here, and will do it in a year or two if the West does not stop talking about ‘red lines'”, Zelensky says.

He reveals that he “asked Poland to protect at least Stryj (in the Lviv region) and the gas storage, but that did not happen”.

We really wanted to get ‘MiGs’ from Poland, but we were refused because, as we were told, ‘they do not have enough’. The Poles were not even allowed to shoot down (Russian) missiles themselves”, Zelensky stated.
