If the announced “conclusion of the agreement between Hungary and the BiH entity of the RS and the formation of a joint Council to monitor those policies, which will be managed by Dodik and Orban”, is really realized, without the approval of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (Article III. 2.d. of the Constitution of BiH) or without approval Presidency of BiH, which according to the Constitution is responsible for conducting foreign policy, then Hungary as a member of the EU, knowingly or unknowingly, agrees to be part of processes that are contrary to the provisions of the Constitution of BiH, the laws of BiH and represent a gross violation of the sovereignty of BiH, said the deputy chairman of the House of Representatives PSBiH Denis Zvizdić, after the announcement of the conclusion of the agreement and the formation of the Council for monitoring policies between the RS and the Republic of Hungary.

He called on the Government of Hungary and Prime Minister Viktor Orban to sign any agreement, contract or decision with BiH and request the entity of the RS to implement the procedure for approving such acts in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina as provided for in the constitution, and the competent state institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to inform the partner institutions of Hungary about the illegality of the acts that they intend to sign with Bosnia and Herzegovina. an entity of the RS, and which do not have the approval of the competent state institutions.

President of Bosnia and Herzegovina of the RS entity Milorad Dodik said after the meeting with the Hungarian Prime Minister Orban in Budapest that it was agreed that, in order for all agreed projects and cooperation to have a larger scope and a new format, a joint Council for monitoring those policies would be formed, which he and Orban would lead.

Dodik explained that “the Council will be informed every three months about the development of previous agreements”.

“Meetings will be mandatory every six months in order to operationally see how everything is going,” said Dodik, Fena reports.
