Sarovic: BiH is on the way to export the Wines to China

Šarović EU Application dnevnik.baA conference of the Initiative 16 + 1 “One belt – one road”, attended by the representatives of 16 countries of South Eastern Europe and China is taking place in Mostar. Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Sarovic said that BiH is on its way to export the wines and be present on the market of China.

He added that important distributors from China are present in Mostar, and that the goal of the region is to produce quality wines and to form one logistics center with a direct connection with Beijing.

Moreover, he pointed out that during close to three billion euros worth of wine is spent by China annually, and that BH wine is of high quality.

Minister added that he is happy that the economy fair takes place in Mostar because Mostar is a center of wine production, and that BiH is on a good way to get wine from our area on markets in China.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture of China Qu Dongyu said that he is honored that he was invited to participate on the Trade Fair in Mostar, noting that China wants to give a friendly hand.

Moreover, he added that China promotes cooperation with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and that it is trying to promote economic relations and cooperation.
