Inter-religious Council to visit the Places of Suffering

mrvThe Inter-religious Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina (MRV) will organize a tour to visit the places of the suffering of the Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats and Jewish Sites on Monday, 24th April. The aim of the visit will be necessity of respecting all victims regardless of their religious or national affiliation.

The tour will include the following places: Kazan, Križančevo village, Kruščica and Koricanske stijene , and will jointly be chaired by the President of MRV, Bishop Grigorije and members of the Assembly, Cardinal Vinko Puljić, Deputy Reisu-l-Ulema Husein Smajić and Mr. Boris Kožemjakin on behalf of the Jewish Community.

Apart from the above mentioned places, the same will be visited by delegations of Church and Religious Communities, delegations of partner organizations, the Maximilian Kolbe Foundation and Konrad Adenauer, CRS, OSCE, USAID and the USA Embassy.

Moreover, the Members of the BiH Presidency, Prime Ministers and Presidents of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, representatives of the BiH Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees, Central Bosnia and Canton Sarajevo, and the Mayors of Stari Grad, Vitez and Kneževo are invited to visit the site.
