The Joint Session of BiH and Croatia to be held on July 6, Bridge in the Focus

peljesac bridgeThe joint session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the Government of the Republic of Croatia is planned for July 6th in BiH’s capital Sarajevo.

Speaking about the competences of the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH, as Minister Jusko added, the topics will the construction of a bridge on Sava River near Gradiska, a project for the construction of the Adriatic-Ionian highway, consideration of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the usage and maintenance of road border bridges.

Moreover, the Agreement on Transfer of Services in Air Navigation, the Conclusion of the Agreement on Railway Border Crossings, and the establishment of a Joint Team for Negotiations with the Republic of Croatia on the Application of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, will also be the topics of the meeting.

“The planned joint session will address issues that have not been resolved in the past, and which are in the interest of BiH and Croatia. The focus of the session will be topics related to transport infrastructure, negotiation of agreements, protocols and agreements between the two countries, trade exchanges,” Minister Jusko added.
