Representatives of the Construction Corporation from Vietnam will by the end of the week send an official bid for sugar factory from Bijeljina city, which is in bankruptcy.

This was said by the General Director of the Vietnamese company Li Hu Viet Duk at today’s meeting with the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, Stjepan Mirjanic.

Experts from Vietnamese companies have been visiting the sugar factory for the past couple of days. Namely, they are interested in the factory for a long time and had sent a Letter of Intent to the RS Government in March this year.

The Vietnamese company offers the retention of the existing number of workers, production of sugar with capacity expansion and investments in factory modernization.
