Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina published an updated List of blocked Accounts

The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has published an updated data on blocked accounts of business entities in BiH, according to which 95,251 accounts of business entities have been blocked until this morning, while 51,990 companies have blocked at least one account, eKapija business portal reports.

This monthly report on blocked accounts in the Bank’s Register of Transaction Accounts, which contains 3,814 pages, as well as previously mentioned legal entities from various fields, including companies, cooperatives, sports and health organizations, associations, entities engaged in service activities.

Last month, as of May 3, a total of 95,442 accounts of business entities were blocked, while 52,091 companies had at least one account blocked.

In the first report of the Central Bank, published in early November 2012, the number of blocked accounts of business entities in BiH was 58,038, while 35,694 companies had at least one blocked bank account.
