osnivanje_preduzecaIn the RS, 207 companies from 1 November 2013 have been registered, when the one-boothed system for registering companies entered into operation, said the Director of the Agency for intermediary, IT and financial services (APIF) Jelena Ćetković.

She specified that in Banja Luka, 95 companies registered, 45 in Bijeljina, 29 in Doboj, 26 in Eastern Sarajevo and 12 in Trebinje.

‘’Thanks to the one-booth system of registration, citizens can establish companies in 11 offices of the APIF in only three days. The decision on the establishment is free and is available on our website, and its endorsement by notaries costs 3,5 BAM’’, said Ćetković.

According to her, citizens claim that in the previous mode of registering companies, the biggest problem was constantly returning to fill out documents, going to several different addresses-courts, tax administration, statistics agencies, and always waiting on line.

She points out that for parties, it is of paramount importance to abolish court and administrative fees, as well as many other smaller expenses for registering companies.

‘’Registration for the easiest companies, such as d.o.o., costs from 150 to 200 BAM, instead of the previous 1.530 BAM, and the initial capital was reduced from 2.000 BAM to one BAM’’, said Ćetković.
