The Federation of BiH will get another large factory in the sector of the military industry in the upcoming period. It will be opened on the basis of a joint investment of several companies from BiH within the Pretis company in Vogosca.

The factory will be worth between 20 and 30 million BAM. The money will be invested, besides Pretis, by Igman Konjic, Ginex and Unis Group. According to the initial studies, 250 new employees will be hired, as announced by the Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of the FBiH, Nermin Dzindic.

Companies from the sector of military industry, together with the private companies, will realize almost 300 million BAM, according to data from the competent ministry. The minister also noted that Zrak and TRZ Hadzici, who were supposed to go into bankrupcy, are also recording good business results.

“I think that we will put all of our production capacities into operation with the contracts that we are planning to sign,” said Husein Habibovic, the Head of the Sector for Quality Control in the company Zrak.

There are currently 150 workers in the company Zrak. A third of them are young people. They noted that they need the help of the Ministry to settle debts from the past towards their workers with the aim of further development.

“We are investing all of our efforts to settle the old debts and to enable Zrak to continue its work without any burden,” stated Habibovic.
