300 People Will Be Hired at the Luxury Complex “Mellain”

mellainA luxury residential – business complex “Mellain”, which is located on site of the former hotel “Bristol” in Tuzla will open until the end of the year.

This is an investment, worth 150 million BAM, which will result in opening of a five star hotel, residential parts, wellness center, spa, fitness center and Olympic swimming pool.

About 300 people will be hired to work in this complex and the investors confirm that is going to be a unique building in B&H territory, which will include different types of contents in one place.

Within the complex “Mellain” will be located Hotel “Bristol”  consisting of 20 floors  and 18.500 m2 area with 150 luxurious rooms and suites, while residential part of 330 flats with a total area of 280.000 m2, meaning the size of apartments from 50 to 150 m2, costing 2.000 BAM.

An underground garage is build on three floors, with a total capacity of 400 parking spaces, and the complex will have a hypermarket, shopping mall and office spaces.

The wellness center will have a saltwater pool and Olympic swimming which will be in commercial use.

Opening of the luxury complex “Mellain” has been postponed several times, but this building will certainly open until the end of 2014.
