31st Edition of the “Sarajevska zima” festival in February 2015

Sarajevska_zima_beskonacno_posterThe traditional winter festival “Sarajevska zima” will mark its 31st edition next February.

Ibrahim Spahić, the irreplaceable director of this cultural event presented today to the press this edition which will officially last from February 7th to March 21st 2015. Spahić announced the participation of artists from B&H and from 41 country around the world as well as the honorary guest – the Republic of India.

The motto of this edition will be Infinity while the design was made by Bojan Kalnić.

Within the festival, 100 years since Arthur Miller, Billie Holiday and Frank Sinatra were born will be marked too.

The festival will be open in the old part of the town of Sarajevo (Baščaršija), in the Austrian house and at the Olympic mountains, all related to Franz Kafka’s “Metamorphosis”. During the festival a special marking of 450 years since the Jews came to B&H will be held too.
