A Mural of one of the killed Attackers in Kosovo was painted in Bijeljina

Near the “Sveti Sava” Elementary School in Bijeljina, a mural was painted of one of the liquidated attackers responsible for the murder of a Kosovo policeman near the village of Banjska.

It should be recalled that a group of armed Serbs, which the Kosovo authorities characterized as a terrorist group, killed a Kosovo policeman and wounded another in the north of Kosovo on September 24th.

Three attackers, Igor Milenkovic, Bojan Mijailovic, and Stefan Nedeljkovic, were killed in the conflict.

The mural was painted on a building located right next to the “Sveti Sava” Elementary School. It is not known whether the city authorities approved the painting of the mural. The mayor of Bijeljina, Ljubisa Petrovic, did not respond to calls to comment on this.

Even though Serbia itself has still not officially said who organized the group of armed Serbs in the north of Kosovo and with what motives, this did not prevent the authorities in Republika Srpska (RS) from paying tribute to the attackers. Painting a mural of one of the attackers is an expression of such politics.
