The judicial authorities of the Republic of Turkey have extradited Almir Serdarevic (born in 1975) to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), who is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH based on evidence from the Sky and Anom applications.

The suspect was unavailable to the judiciary of BiH for a long time and resided abroad, and a warrant had been issued for his arrest, after which the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, along with partner institutions, located and identified him in the territory of the Republic of Turkey, when activities were initiated for his extradition to BiH, the Prosecutor’s Office stated.

Following the extradition and the suspect’s transfer, a hearing was held at the Court of BiH regarding the proposal for detention, during which the prosecutor elaborated on the detention proposal in detail.

As the case is still in the investigation phase, the Prosecutor’s Office cannot provide further details and information to the public at this time, it was announced.
