The Spanish police arrested BiH citizen, sixty one years old Ado Alagić in Barcelona, who was accused of torturing prisoners in the Gabela camp not far from Capljina in 1993, writes the Spanish daily “El Pais”.

According to the paper, Alagić used a false identity and was found in Barcelona.

The police assume that he lived in Spain for more than a year.

Citing the police, “El Pais” states that Alagić was arrested on September 15.

The spokesman of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, Boris Grubešić, could not confirm to Srna whether Alagić was arrested in Barcelona, stating that he would have more information about this case tomorrow.
