The FBiH President Živko Budimir and the Vice-Presidents Svetozar Pudarić and Mirsad Kebo agreed on a list of candidates for members of the FBiH Constitutional Court.
The list includes Šahbaz Džihanović, Dragica Dragičević and Mladen Srdić.
The final list will be addressed at the declaration at the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament either today or tomorrow.
If the House confirms the list, the candidates will become judges of the FBiH Constitutional Court, and this would make possible for the Court to choose on the issues of vital and national interest.
Currently, this is not possible because the Court only works with five-ten judges.
