Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, sent a request to hold an extraordinary session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at which funds would be allocated from the budget reserves of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the repair of damage caused by floods in the area of the municipality of Sapna.
“Considering the huge material damage caused in the area of the municipality of Sapna due to floods, it is necessary that the Council of Ministers of BiH urgently approve intervention funds from the budget of the institutions of BiH and international obligations of BiH for the year 2023 in the amount of 100,000 BAM for the municipality of Sapna, to help in remediation of the resulting damages,” it is said in the request.
Bećirović proposed that the BiH Presidency instruct the BiH Council of Ministers to allocate the necessary funds at that session, and he sent the request for the session to the chair and member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović and Željko Komšić, the Office of the BiH Presidency member announced.
The 20th extraordinary session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held today, where the proposal of the Conclusion for assistance in repairing damage caused by storms in the area of the Teočak municipality, which was sent by the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović, was unanimously adopted, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
