The Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH Damir Hadžić held a meeting with the Minister of Transport and Communications of the RS Nedeljko Čubrilović, Minister of Transport and Communications of the FBiH Enver Bijedić and Head of the Department of Economic Development, Sport and Culture of the Brčko District Mustafa Nuković regarding the realization of the project of the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the waterway of the Sava river.
They agreed on the implementation of a reconstruction project on the waterway of the Sava River, including the project of reconstruction of the port in Brčko.
Hadžić said that the World Bank has offered a credit for rehabilitation and reconstruction of the waterway and port in Brčko in the amount of 30 million USD, and noted that the money will be split proportionally to river kilometers of the Sava River in BiH.
