The minister of security of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Dragan Mektic and the ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christiane Hohmann today in Sarajevo signed an Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of Germany regarding the exchange and mutual protection of secret information.

This agreement ensures full security and establishes procedures for the exchange of secret information between the relevant authorities of the two countries.

The importance of such an agreement in the joint fight against international organized criminal enterprises and terrorism, as well as strengthening the police agencies of the two countries, was emphasized.

Besides the security and police cooperation fields, this agreement is also very important for developing relations in other friends, such as the economy.

Namely, this agreement allows for the expansion of cooperation of companies and allows for the export of goods, providing services and conducting works for which processes from the field of industrial security are necessary.
