The convoy of humanitarian aid “BiH for Syria” with 120 tons of flour from BH nongovernmental humanitarian organization IFS-EMMAUS, yesterday arrived in front of the logistics center of the Turkish organization IHH.
Employees of IFS-EMMAUS that are staying at the Turkish-Syrian border in Reihanly for three days, visited the bakery where are prepared bread for refugees in the camps, then the hospital where the wounded were placed, homes for orphans, and in the coming days they will help in unloading flour and distribution of bread for Syrian refugees.
The second aid convoy of IFS-EMMAUS with five truckloads of flour departed on the 25th of January and that was organized after the great response and solidarity of the citizens of BiH with the people of Syria.
From IFS-EMMAUS thanked all those who gave donations and allow this aid convoy to depart for Syria, and reminded that the action for help to Syrian people will continue throughout 2017 so that all who want can donate money, flour or diapers.
