The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not order one-month custody for Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalic, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solak and owner of the Srebrena Malina company Fikret Hodzic.

All of them are being released with prohibitive measures, Klix.ba has learned.

Thus, the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was rejected in their case, as well as in the case of Prime Minister Fadil Novalic.

A seven-hour hearing in a case called “Fadil Novalic and Others” was held in the Court of BiH during the night.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the suspects, using the emergency situation due to the pandemic, prepared a plan in order to obtain money for the purchase of respirators.

They worked out the plan by dividing the roles in such a way that Novalic would use the position of federal prime minister and his official-political influence in order to make the funds available to the Federal Civil Protection Administration, ie to conclude a contract with the company ‘Srebrena malina’.

Novalic denied the accusations against him, saying “arresting my prime minister is a coup d’etat for me”.
