Second prize went to “Šta se može uraditi sa 622 glasa” (What can be done with 622 votes), designed as a web portal where citizens could react to problems and actively influence changes in the local community. Third place went to the project ‘EkoVizija’ as a web mobile publication what would offer people to take pictures and report environmental problems faced by the local community.
