Amel Tuka achieved great Results at the beginning of Season

Amel Tuka, BH best athlete, at the athlete’s rally in Padova ran the first race in the season.

Namely, 400m race, he ran in the time of 47.29, which is the top result of the opening of the new season. For comparisons, the personal Tuka’s record at 400 meters is 47.14, and at this time it also fulfilled the 400 meter standard for Hall European Championship, which will be held this year.

The standard amounted to 47.40 and Tuka had a problem with 47.29. However, in spite of the achieved standard, Amel will not participate in the EP in this discipline, given that the 800-meter race is his priority and wants to confirm his quality this year, and the 47.29 will certainly give confidence in the continuation of the year.

“I really did not expect this result. And I’m surprised, especially because there are a lot of effort and difficult preparations behind me in Portugal.

Coach and I are satisfied with the run, which gives us the incentive to do even better and stronger, in order to achieve all the set goals ahead of this season, which will be very long,” said Amel Tuka, who will participate in athletic rally on February 2nd in France in the 800-meter discipline, News Agency Partia reports.
