The American site “Matador Network” has included Mostar on the list of most prominent romantic cities in the world.

If the photograph is worth a thousand words, then the image from the air is worth more. The most popular attraction is the Old Bridge in the center of the city, reconstruction of the Ottoman bridge from the 16th century that crossed the Neretva River until it was destroyed in the 1990s during the war.

Mostar is described by a stunning city that abounds in “old Turkish houses” combined with European architecture, cobblers, bazaars, piers and modern cafes.

Just because of its diversity that is currently harmoniously preserved, Mostar is considered one of the most romantic cities in the world that tourists should discover as soon as possible.
