What is the Amount of Indirect Tax Revenues in the first Four Months of 2017?

Revenues from indirect taxes in the first four months of 2017 amounted to 2 billion and 112 million BAM, and they represent an increase of 87 million BAM or 4.29 % in comparison to the same period of 2016 when they amounted to 2 billion and 25 million BAM, as noted from ITA BiH.

A total of 569 million BAM of indirect taxes was collected only in April 2017, which is 35 million BAM more than in April 2016.

“After return of VAT to taxpayers that amounted to 392 million BAM in the first four months of 2017, the net collected revenues that were distributed to users in the period January-April 2017, namely the state, entities and Brcko District, amounted to 1 billion and 720 million BAM, which is 35 million BAM more than the revenues that beneficiaries received from in the same period of 2016,” as noted from ITA BiH.

The amount of 245 million BAM was allocated for January-April 2017 for financing of state institutions.

On the basis of a special road tax (0.10 BAM) for the construction of highways in the period from January to April 2017, the FBiH received additional 22.9 million BAM, the RS received 15.1 million BAM and Brcko District received 0.8 million BAM,” as stated from ITA BiH.
