besic2Muhamed Besic showed great football qualities with his performances for Everton in recent days, but certainly he has something else to show as well.

Today on his Facebook page he announced that he is honored to be an ambassador of football tournament for children:  4. Summer Cup – Sarajevo 2016, which will be held from the 23rd to 27th of June on the courts of Kosevo. It is expected that the number of teams will be much higher than in the previous years.

“Although Besic said that it is an honor for him to be part of this event, we have to say that we as organizers are honored. We would like to thank him for the support, as well as his club, which approved it all. There will be some nice surprises for children, but our obligation is to make a new step forward with the tournament and that the children in our city feel great, “said Nermin Demirovic, one of the organizers of the tournament.

A total of 110 teams with more than 1,300 children, aged 8-12 years, participated at last year’s tournament. The novelty this year is that besides teams from Balkans, there are participation requests from Germany as well.
