buroj3BiH has become an attractive destination for investors from Arab countries in recent years. In its capital city, as well as other major cities, were already built business premises of residential buildings, villas and other facilities intended for BH citizens and citizens of the countries from which investors are coming from. Our country is preparing to build a few dozen residential complexes.

Few dozen residential resorts owned by investors from Arab countries are currently under the construction in Sarajevo and its surroundings.

One of the first projects that started in BiH, when it comes to investments of investors from the Middle East, is Resort Osenik in Sarajevo in 2013. This tourist-residential settlement founded by the company Gulf Real Estate was opened in October last year.

It is a purpose-projected settlement that will be able to provide accommodation for a total of 1,125 visitors. The total area of the complex is 160,000 square meters with the reservoir area of 12,000 square meters, and include 160 facilities.

The construction of Tarcin Forest Resort, 45 million EUR worth project that is located in Tarcin near Sarajevo. The first phase of construction of the complex Tarcin Forest Resort, which began in March this year, should be completed later this year.

Tarcin Forest Resort is located on Vilovac hill near Tarcin on an area of 350,000 square meters at a distance of 15 minutes from the airport. The project envisages construction of the Wellness & Spa hotel in an area of 6,000 square meters, 22 residential buildings with 176 housing units, 135 individual housing units, as well as additional facilities for recreation in a natural environment.

The company Al-Diyar Real Estate & Al-Diyar Construction in Ilidza near Sarajevo is constructing residential complex Almontaza, which is under the construction. There is great interest for this complex.

Kuwaitis are constructing a new settlement near Sarajevo, which will be entitled Ilidza Pearl Resort. The company Al Diyar Real Estate & Al Diyar Construction will construct a residential area on the surface of 65,000 square meters. Ilidza Pearl Resort will be located in the mountainous region, and company in charge for the construction of this resort call it architectural pearl. Besides villas and apartments, it will also include the artificial lake of 2,000 square meters.

This is definitely not the entire list of Arab investments in BiH and almost every day are appearing new potential investors who see a good opportunity for the development and establishment of business cooperation. Large-scale purchases of real estate in BiH influence the increase of prices of land, houses etc. Such occurrence is evaluated as positive, according to economic experts.
