Banja Luka is Planning to Develop Bicycle Tourism

bicikl-1The Tourist Organization of Banja Luka (TOBL) owns several bicycles that it rents out, because it considers mountain and city bikes to represent one of the possibilities for the development of tourism in this area, announced the Director of this organization Ostoja Barašin.

Barašin said to Srna that Banja Luka has the potential for the development of bicycle tourism, but that it is necessary to adopt existing ones and to build new bike paths.

He said that in Kozara there are marked bicycle paths, and one part on the area of the Banja Luka Banj Brda, Trešnjik and Šibovi.

Barašin said that TOBL has several bicycles that it rents out and concluded an agreement with a company from Banja Luka on their maintenance and rental.
