The former employee of the Hotel Jablanica, Enisa Klepo (28), who was brutally beaten by her employer and owner of the hotel, Amir Dzafic (44), because she quit her job and demanded her salary, will not accept any settlement and wants him to be held accountable before the law for what he did to her.
This information was confirmed by the Joint Law Office of Nada Dalipagic, Jelena Dalipagic-Crnjac, and Goran Crnjac, who, as her attorneys, filed a criminal complaint against Dzafic for the crimes of grievous bodily harm, endangering safety, and violent behavior.
As Nada Dalipagic said, the victim Enisa Klepo has already declared that she will not accept the settlement of the prosecution and the suspect Dzafic, who caused her serious physical injuries, which were also noted by doctors at the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.
Namely, Enisa Klepo is a law graduate, and she worked as a receptionist at the Hotel Jablanica, for a salary of 700 BAM, but because of the bad working conditions, she decided to leave and asked for her salary.
This case shocked the entire region and caused a storm of reactions, and after a gathering of numerous citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was held in front of the hotel in Jablanica, where the unpleasant scenes took place, the hotel was closed, with a notice that a collective annual vacation was in progress.
This prevented the inspection from inspecting the hotel, and well-informed sources stated that the hotel was closed because after the unpleasant scenes in that facility, reservations were massively canceled and it is not likely that Dzafic, who has not been seen in Jablanica since the incident, will reopen the hotel, Klix.ba reports.
