vijece-ministara-zgradaA session of the B&H Council of Ministers will be held today in Sarajevo, where they will consider, among other things, information on the preparation of conditions for the use of a new instrument for pre-accession assistance of the EU for 2014-2020.

The B&H Ministry of Finance and Treasury proposes the draft agreement on financing between B&H and the European Commission in connection with the multi-user program for TEMPUS 2013 as part of the instrument for pre-accession assistance, with the Basis for Agreement, which is included in the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting.

The Ministers are expected to discuss the draft decision on the adoption of a strategy for radioactive waste in B&H, as well as the draft decision on approving the project of the reconstruction of street Maršala Tita 9a to accommodate the institutions of B&H, which will be included in the several years capital investment program for 2013 and 2014, with a total value of 1.300.000 BAM.

The daily agenda includes a number of draft laws, among which are the draft law on amendments to the law on misdemeanors, draft law on public procurement and the draft law on amendments to the law on border control.

Also on the daily agenda is a draft for the basis for initiating the procedure to join the third additional protocol to the European Convention on Extradition.
