Although it is a small country in post-war transition, B&H has a large number of experts who are recognized in many international companies. One such example is the company „InterEngs” from Sarajevo, whose 15 engineers in mechanical engineering are actively working in the German auto industry, writes B&H newspaper agency ‘Patria’.
Kemal Likić, director of „InterEngsa”, explained that the people from the company that he leads, fully and equally take part in the making of the outer parts of Audis, BMW’s, Volkswagen…with engineers from other, more developed countries.
”When you work for such large companies, then the only criteria that you must meet is quality”, said Likić for NAP.
”The fact that these people are working for such large projects means only one thing, and that is that they are in the rank of word quality. If it were not like that, they would not be doing what they are doing now”, he explained.
”All that we do goes to the international market, to the biggest German car industry”, said Likić.
It is interesting that „InterEngs” has trained most of its engineers on its own. These are young students who completed mechanical engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Sarajevo, and after that became involved in numerous projects.
”B&H is a small country, and its chance in the international market can seek only quality. Because, when you are the best in your field, then there is no crisis for you”, said Likić.
