B&H Ministry of Defense and B&H Armed Forces on Visit to China

Oruzane snage_KinaThe delegation of the B&H Ministry of Defense and B&H Armed Forces, led by B&H Minister of Defense Zekerijah Osmić, have arrived for an official visit to the People’s Republic of China, where an official high-level reception awaited them.

Minister Osmić and the delegation were awaited at the Beijing airport by the B&H Ambassador to China Borislav Marić, Emir Bijedić, Counsellor at the B&H Embasy in Peking, and the Military Attache of the People’s Republic of China to B&H Brigadier Liu Xingijang.

The official visit is going along as planned, and tomorrow there will be a meeting between Minister Osmić and General Xu Qiliang, the Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China.

On Wednesday, 23 October Osmić will meet with his Chinese counterpartk, Minster of the National Defense of China, General Chang Wanquan. The topics of discussion will be bilateral defense cooperation, assistance of the Ministry of Defense of the People’s Republic of China and their contribution to the equipping and training of the personnel of the B&H Armed Forces within their military training capacity.
