Chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’) Presidency Milorad Dodik said that the construction of the Russian pipeline “Turkish Stream” through the Republika Srpska would cost around 300 million euros.

“The gas pipeline to be funded by ‘Gazprom’ with our participation as much as we can. Somewhere around 300 million euros would cost the construction of this gas pipeline with cells that need to boost pressure,” Dodik told “Alternative Television” after the meeting in St. Petersburg with President of the Steering Committee of “Gazprom” Alexei Miller.

He stressed that a project should be completed by autumn, which will be run by the Russian company “Gazprom”.

“We agreed to see it sooner and to work on the operational level further,” Dodik said.

The member of the BiH Presidency of BiH assessed this meeting as one of the most important visits to St. Petersburg, where he attended the International Economic Forum, and clarified that the goal was to secure the consent of Gazprom to support the gasification of Republika Srpska and to create better supply capacities whole BiH gas, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.
