“The automatic weather station measured 42.7 degrees. The previous absolute maximum for Zenica was 42.6 degrees and was recorded the day before. Until this month, the absolute maximum for Zenica in August was 41.6 degrees measured in 2017,” they state from FHMZ.

It is added that the maximum temperatures at the other meteorological stations were very high, but the absolute maximums were not exceeded. 41.5 was measured in Mostar yesterday, 39.7 in Sarajevo, 39.2 in Gradačac, and 39 degrees Celsius in Tuzla and Drvar, AA writes.
