The ministers of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today’s session will have an extensive agenda, and one of the items refers to the display of the European Union flag in the ministries, administrative organizations and other bodies of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Today, the ministers should also adopt a decision that repeals the Decision on declaring a state of natural or other calamity on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Also, the agenda of the session foresees the determination of international border crossings for the transport of weapons and the formation of a Working Group for the harmonization of regulations on weapons and ammunition with each other and with the legal acquis of the European Union.
One of the items on the agenda is the Proposal for the Rulebook on the Records of Scientific and Business Emigration and Prominent Individuals in Emigration from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and there is also the Report on Monitoring the Public Procurement Procedure for 2022, announced the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The report on the reception and integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina will also be on the agenda. Citizens returning to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of the Readmission Agreement for 2022, and it is also planned to give an opinion on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Labor in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Information on the implementation of the Plan for the implementation of the document “Overview of Defense” and the Action Plan for the implementation of the “Plan for the Development and Modernization of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2017-2027.” proposed by the BiH Ministry of Defense is also on the agenda of today’s session, Fena reports.
