In the first six months of this year, furniture, bedding, mattresses and similar products were exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina worth 525 million BAM.

At the same time, imports amounted to 150 million BAM, which clearly shows that this is one of the most developed branches of the domestic industry.

By far, most of these products were exported to Germany in the first six months of 2019, worth 169 million BAM. Next are Croatia, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic…

BiH mostly imported from Serbia, Poland, Turkey, Italy and China.

For the whole of last year, the export of these products amounted to one billion and 122 million BAM, according to BiznisInfo based on the data of the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber.
