BiH Foreign Minister to participate at the 21st Doha Forum in Qatar

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, will participate from December 10 to 11 at the invitation of the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Mohammed bih Abdulrahman bin Jasim Al-Thani, at the 21st Doha Forum in Qatar.

This year’s Doha Forum, entitled “Building a Common Future”, will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and views on the most important regional and international issues, global changes, security challenges, economic policy and development, and technology and sustainability.

As part of the Forum, Minister Konaković will participate in the panel “Towards a Layered World: Rethinking Alliances”.

It is planned that on the sidelines of the Forum, Minister Konaković will meet with Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sultan bin Saad Al-Muraikhi, and then with the United Kingdom’s Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and the United Nations at the Office of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and development by Lord Tariq Ahmad of Wimbledon.

Located at the meeting point of East, West and South, the Doha Forum is a platform that welcomes the diversity of views, perspectives and interests of people around the world. At the 21st edition of the Forum, leading world officials, political and business leaders and representatives of civil society will gather to exchange opinions, ideas and visions related to the topics of the Forum, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH.
