Legend of ex-Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) basketball, Razija Mujanovic, entered the International Basketball Federation (FIBA)Hall of Fame’s 2017 Class on Saturday late night in Geneva, local media reported Sunday.

At the solemn ceremony held at FIBA’s headquarters on the outskirts of Geneva, Mujanovic held an emotional speech, emphasizing that basketball is her life and that she has spent the most beautiful and saddest moments sharing with basketball.

“I have lived 27 years with basketball, to be honest, I miss playing basketball. I was born in a small place in BiH where is impossible to dream big dreams,” Mujanovic said at the ceremony.

Mujanovic continued her speech thanking everyone who helped her in any way to accomplish this valuable acknowledgment that resulted in her entering in the multi-millionaire basketball family.

The world governing body for basketball, FIBA, is an independent association formed by 213 National Basketball Federations throughout the world, selecting individuals for their outstanding achievements and enrolling them to FIBA Hall of Fame, official website said.

Symbol of women basketball, Razija Mujanovic, 50, started her carrier when she was 14-year-old, and since then played in Italy, Spain, Brazil, USA, Croatia and Hungary and was voted the best female European basketball player three times.
