The Minister of Trade of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Amir Hasičević confirmed after today’s session of the FBiH Government in Sarajevo that the request of Energoinvest, as the main gas distributor, to increase the price by 4.96 percent, which refers to the fourth quarter, was accepted.

“Based on Energoinvest’s request, data provided by Gazprom on the world market on October 4, as well as monitoring the dollar exchange rate, we formed the gas price. The Federal Ministry of Energy and Mining also gave a positive attitude and we made a decision to apply the prices from November 1 in order to try to mitigate the impact on the economic standard of citizens,” stated Hasičević.
