BiH Minister of Defence Zekerijah Osmić was in an official visit to Italy from 29 to 31 January.
During the visit Osmić met with the Minister of Defence of Italy Giampaolo di Paola and they talked about the current degree of cooperation in the field of defence, regional cooperation, exchange of information and the participation in peace keeping missions and finding solutions and modalities to intensify and continue the cooperation in the period to come.
Representatives of Italy noted the importance of implemented reforms in the system of defence and promised full support to future reforms, as well as support for BiH’s path to the EU and NATO.
