BiH Minister of Security Signed a Memorandum on Cooperation in the Fight Against Human Traficking

fahrudin radončić (1)In the framework of the Committee of Ministers and the Convention on Police Cooperation of countries in Southeast Europe, a Conference of Ministers was held yesterday in Brd near Kranj dedicated to the completion of a project “Presenting conditions for the establishment of joint investigation teams in the fight against human trafficking in Southeast Europe”.

The conference resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of understanding on cooperation and assistance in the project of the use of joint research teams against human trafficking in Southeast Europe at the local level.

On behalf of BIH, BIH Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić signed the Memorandum.

The Memorandum expresses the willingness to improve existing forms of technical and operational cooperation in the fight against human trafficking.

Recognizing the importance of binding teams in individual countries in the work on this delicate issue, the European Union ensured financial funds, and the signatory countries of the Memorandum are responsible for its implementation, announced the BIH Ministry of Security.
