BiH National Football Team was defeated in Luxembourg

Luxembourg defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 4:1 tonight in the ninth round of Group J qualification for the EURO.

The home team started the match well and took the lead in the sixth minute with a goal by Olesen.

It was played in the 30th minute when Rodrigues scored from the penalty spot for 2:0.

In the 55th minute, Martins Pererira checked the weak Vasilj for the third time in match.

The honorary goal for our team was scored by Renato Gojković in the 93rd minute, and a minute later Rodrigues scored the final 4:1.

The following players played for BiH: Vasilj, Dedić, Gojković, Kovačević, Mujakić, Cimirot, Hadžiahmetović, Krunić, Hamulić, Stevanović and Tabaković.

Hajradinović, Demirović, Gazibegović and Prevljak got the opportunity.

After nine rounds, Luxembourg ranks third with 14 points, while Bosnia and Herzegovina is only fifth with nine points.

BiH will welcome Slovakia in the match of the last round of qualifications in Zenica on Sunday at 20:45.

On the same day, Luxembourg visits Liechtenstein.

Let’s mention that from our group, the national teams of Portugal and Slovakia have already qualified for the EURO.

Bosnia and Herzegovina will play a playoff in March next year.
