In order to improve its communication with the public, in the previous period, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) has worked a lot on improving the existing and introducing new communication channels.

Having completed these activities, we are pleased to inform you that the CBBH, in addition to the previously active official website of the CBBH and the Twitter profile of the Bank, is now available on LinkedIn and Facebook platforms. In addition, the Bank has officially activated its YouTube channel.

Also, for purpose of easier access to target groups and content management, a subpage dedicated to financial education and inclusion of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been launched.

The CBBH has decided to take this step in order to improve the transparency of the institution, facilitate access to the information on its functions and tasks from mobile platforms, and enable easier direct contact with citizens.
