The Bosnian manufacturer of modern furniture Bosna Wood from Vitez exports its entire content in the European Union.

“We started this business as a saw-mill in 1999. My father initiated it, and my brother Tarik and I wanted to do something more so that our country could be recognized as a destination where excellent products can be made. It was worth investing, because we started making furniture very fast. We have our own control and the production is made on the finest and most contemporary machines so these kitchens and nurseries found their way on the EU market very quickly.” – said Adnan Hodžić, the director of the Bosna Wood company.

There is around 30 employees in the company. They made a million Euros traffic in the first eight months of this year.

“The Turkish loan we took in the BBI Bank helped us to spread our production capacities. Our strategy is about growing and expanding. By the year 2016 we plan to build a new object for our production. That will also ensure new working places for people.” – said Hodžić.
