Chairman of Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Zeljko Komsic paid tribute to the victims of the Jasenovac concentration camp at the World Holocaust Remembrance Center in Yad Vashem.

Bosnian delegation, which attended the Fifth World Holocaust Forum, was greeted at the Memorial Center by the director of the Center Dorit Novak who expressed her appreciation for the visit.

During the visit to the Memorial Center, Chairman Komsic, recalling historical facts, pointed to the anti-fascist tradition of Bosnia-Herzegovina, but also the suffering that occurred during World War II, especially when it comes to Jews, Serbs, Roma, and National Liberation War fighters at the Jasenovac concentration camp.

During the visit, he said that the Holocaust event will forever remain a lasting reminder to humanity and that the victims of the Holocaust are an eternal vow to those who want tolerance, freedom, and peace in the world.
