In the framework of the third half-marathon in Tuzla last night, children’s race was organized in the length of 200 meters.

Among the few hundred contestants, there was a 14-year-old Mehmed Sabic from Gracanica, who was severely injured two years ago in a terrible fire.

Many doctors gave him only a one percent chance of survival, but this powerful boy managed to recover, Klix.ba news portal reports.

To recall, doctors gave him a one percent chance of survival because he was exposed to external and internal burns, which accounted for 65 percent of his body.

He had five skin transplants and more than a dozen anesthesia, in total 15 surgeries.
