Famous BiH songwriter Goran Bregović, will start shooting his film ”Carmen with happy ending” in spring, for which he wrote the script himself. The film is based on opera Carmen, which only has two women acting and standard orchestra, and it finishes with a happy ending.
– Bizet’s Carmen is the only opera that I really like. Carmen, a strong and passionate woman, from the world of Gypsies that live in the outskirts of the city, of society, in poverty, but that have the ability to live with irony and great passion, said Bregović to Blic.
